The online store www.casadebaile.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Store”) is owned by Casa de Baile Klubi MTÜ (registry code 80632820), located at Pärnu mnt 19, Tallinn.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services and products from the Web Store.
The prices of services and products sold in the Web Store are listed with each item. In certain cases, a delivery fee may be added.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method selected.
The total delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order process.
Detailed product and service information is provided next to each item in the Web Store.
Placing an Order
To order a service or product, start the purchase process for the desired item.
You must fill in the required fields.
The total amount due will then be displayed and can be paid via bank link or other available payment methods.
The sales contract becomes effective once the payment has been received into the Web Store’s bank account.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock, course/class cancellation, or for any other reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded, including delivery fees, without delay and no later than 14 days from the notice.
Delivery
Most products sold in the Web Store are services, which are generally fulfilled electronically with no physical shipping involved.
Physical items (gift cards, merchandise, etc.) are shipped within Estonia only.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and shown next to the selected delivery method.
Deliveries within Estonia usually arrive at the specified location within 3–7 business days after the sales contract takes effect.
Delivery outside Estonia is only available by special agreement.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving an order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the service/product has not been used.
If the buyer has participated in a dance course within 14 days of purchase and wishes to withdraw, the buyer must pay for the attended sessions based on Casa de Baile's price list. The difference between the full course price and attended sessions will be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product must not be used in any way beyond what is necessary to evaluate its nature, features, and functioning—just like testing in a physical store or on-site at the dance school.
If the item has been used beyond that or shows signs of wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
To return an item or withdraw from a service, a free-form withdrawal request must be sent to info@tantsukeskus.ee within 14 days of receiving the product or making the payment.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the reason for return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the product was handed over to the carrier within that time.
Upon receiving the returned item, the Web Store will refund the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Web Store may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of return has been provided—whichever comes first.
If the buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery option than the standard one, the Web Store is not obliged to refund the additional cost.
The Web Store has the right to cancel a sales transaction and reclaim the product if the listed price was significantly below market value due to an error.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Web Store is responsible for any non-conformities or defects in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and appear within two years from the date of delivery.
Within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect already existed upon delivery—this presumption can only be rebutted by the Web Store.
The buyer must report any defects within two months by emailing info@tantsukeskus.ee or calling +372 51 970 501.
The Web Store is not responsible for defects that occurred after the item or service was delivered.
If the product has a defect for which the Web Store is responsible, it will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
All complaints will be answered within 15 days in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, email, bank details) to process the order, send monthly reminders for recurring memberships, and deliver goods/services.
Data may be forwarded to logistics providers for delivery purposes.
Newsletters and offers are only sent to the buyer's email if the buyer has opted in either on-site at Casa de Baile or via the website.
The buyer can unsubscribe from emails at any time by notifying us or by using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Web Store, they must be sent to info@koduleht.net.
If the buyer and Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
